Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Soven on iPhone, Mac or the web. Soven is provided by Eden Makers s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Soven is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Scores and recommendations are estimates based on data from your devices, which can be incomplete or wrong. Do not use Soven in place of professional medical advice, and talk to a doctor before changing your training, sleep or medication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions
Some features need Soven Plus. Subscriptions bought in the App Store are billed and managed by Apple under Apple's terms; subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or reverse engineer our servers, or use Soven to break the law.
Your data
Your health data belongs to you. We use it only to provide Soven, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Soven available and accurate but provide it "as is". We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, you will be able to export your data first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on Soven. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
